Bungie only offer the option to anonymize (not outright delete) your account in places where there are laws in place for it, these are namely California (CCPA) and Europe (GDPR). If you're in either of those locations, you can submit a privacy request [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests]here[/url] requesting they erase the personal info they have on you. As part of that process you will be permanently banned on all accounts linked to your Bungie profile and you will not be able to appeal it later on. If you aren't in either California or Europe, and your country doesn't have laws you can exercise for it, then you won't be able to go through the process, the alternative in that case is to simply delete everything in your vault and delete the characters.
