Destiny still not working

Destiny 2 on Steam, PC. Installed 4 Sept 2026. Has never once loaded into the world. Error WEASEL on every attempt, always 2 to 4 screens after character select, never reaching orbit. Reproduced on two separate Bungie accounts on the same PC, and on newly created characters on each. Client authenticates, connects to a Bungie server on TCP 7500, is assigned a world server on TCP 30000, connects to it, holds the session 22 to 73 seconds, then the server drops both connections and the game returns to the title screen. No crash, no client error log, clean process exit. Ruled out by direct testing across six attempts: home broadband and mobile hotspot on a different ISP (identical failure); two different Bungie server blocks, 172.97.x and 205.209.x (identical failure); zero packet loss over 4 minutes to gateway and internet; UDP, DNS and NTP verified working; UPnP confirmed functional with the game successfully creating its own UDP 3097 mapping per your Advanced Troubleshooting guide; no double NAT, public IP not carrier-grade; Windows Firewall tested both on and off; all VPN clients and virtual network adapters disabled; RivaTuner uninstalled; ASUS IOMap64, AsIO3 and AMD Ryzen Master drivers unloaded; Steam file verification passed; Steam download cache cleared. Requesting confirmation of whether any restriction or flag exists on either account or on this machine, since the session is being terminated server-side after successful authentication.
