It’s like suddenly this week everyone posted about majors streamers hinting at potential Destiny stuff coming. (Mactics, Cross, Tassi…)

1 ReplyThey’ve realised that it does not need 400 staff to fart around with Marathon. So, as most staff are not working on D2 or Marathon there’s speculation that Destiny 3 is being made.

Bungie hired some and youtubers/Streamers are Pilling on for views n money in truth they could be working on a totally new game with nothing to do with destiny. In fact it's likely Sony liked a pitch and are letting Bungie cook a little bit before a final decision is made.

What else can Bungie d-riders safely talk about? Rumors and speculation are all they've got left. At best Sony will release some form of Destiny remaster in the next couple of years. Anything bigger would be in the 2030s.

Edited by T3nDenziell: 8/30/2026 11:25:47 AMhope the decision makers had an brain upgrade or hav got an actual working brain over their old. the decision to make Marathon an Extract shooter is to say it mildly, dumb,idiotic etc. as to see from community reactions, buyer records and so on. i would love to play Ds3 when they make the decision to develop it. but when they make it (Destiny 3), pls make cheating nigh impossible. set an AI to monitor pvp, maybe. but its all wishfull thinking when there is nothing official
