IB loot still broken
Oh look the focus still isn't dropping...5 games in...tons of other drops...how hard is it to fix that??

I'm not saying this is the issue you are experiencing, but bungie did something stupid with loot pool in IB that is causing a lot of confusion. They separated the IB weapons into 2 separate pools. And they switch back and forth between which pool is available to drop in each IB. If you are focusing a weapon in the pool that is not currently active, then it will not drop and attunement will seem broken. You need to disable that attunement and wait until next IB to attune that weapon. It's such a stupid implementation the left us with.
