You got a penalty lol. Don’t let it stop you from quitting matches you’re not having fun in. Your experience trumps everyone else’s. Screw them. This game has hit detection issues like no other PvP game I’ve played. Not a single match goes by where I’m like “how? Where did my bullets go” I’m pumping bullets in a guardian’s head and nothing. It’s such bs. Cod, halo, battlefield are way better than this steaming pile of crap. I just finished a competitive match where I’m like “how come my bullets didn’t do anything?” My reticle was literally on a guardians head and no damage was taken. I’m supposed to sit through this bs?! Really?! But I damn me for ruining other players experience. Screw that!

Because you leave games in-progress you get priority for joining in-progress. Take the lumps, don't quit... and it won't happen. And no number of messages like these are going to get Bungie to allow people to quit games without accountability or consequences. These include timeouts and priority matchmaking for games in-progress. Stop quitting matches in-progress.
