Good afternoon,
I play on PS5 and, as many other users have already reported, I keep getting COCONUT and CENTIPEDE errors during any in-game activity: while logging in, after matchmaking for team activities (Crucible, Strikes, etc.), when starting campaign missions, when launching solo activities, and so on.
As suggested in other threads, I've tried all the steps you recommended (enabling UPnP, port forwarding, etc.), but none of them fixed the problem. I'd like to point out that yours is the only online game where I experience these issues: every other game, and even completely different platforms, has never given me these constant problems.
My ISP is TIM (one of Italy's major providers), and all the checks I asked them to run showed no anomalies (as I suspected).
In other conversations I've seen that your team is investigating the issue: could you give us a timeframe for a fix? Alternatively, could you point us to any other troubleshooting steps we could try to solve this problem? It's nerve-racking to lose up to an hour repeatedly trying to launch the same activity because of these constant errors.
Thanks for your support.

2 RepliesIt probably is not going to get fixed. Bungie said "they we're looking into it" and now are saying that they haven't received any issues about ips even if on the forum there are plenty. The only method to play the game is with a VPN. I use the free version of Proton.
