Solar Holster does not reload Gjallarhorn

Despite the catalyst giving it 2 in the mag, for the purposes of Holster mods its counted as having 1. Weapons that only have 1 in the mag (Special Grenade Launchers and Rocket Launchers) do not get to benefit from Holster mods.
