Relativism Hunter Cloak and other Hunter Cloaks not flowing correctly.
The default ornament for the exotic class item Relativism for hunter, among other cloaks for hunter, are having an issue where the cloak does not flow as usual, but remains as stiff as cardboard. It is like this in all activities and a fix has not been found.
