My team has been experiencing issues with the verity encounter of salvations edge. After successfully dissecting on the "outside" and having the matching 3d shape buff on the inside we are unable to go through the glass wall to the "outside". This issue has been happening at random between attempts with successful phases and "bugged" phases having no discernable difference. We are teaching so the instance time is quite long. We have done this raid before and have double checked against video guides and written guides to confirm no mistakes in mechanics. Symbols also disappear out of statues hands at random. Is this a known issue/ does anyone have a workaround?
