Hello there, Thank you for your report. The reward references I found do not support Matchmade Overthrow giving Ergo Sum on every completion. For Overthrow/Escalation rewards, the players may earn occasional exotic swords or class items from encounter rewards, which reads as a possible drop, not a guaranteed one every run. There is also a separate reward source for Ergo Sum tied to Pale Heart Pathfinder. The first two Pathfinder completions should grant the exotic sword, and a later investigation specifically said Ergo Sum was still dropping from Pathfinder as intended. So if the Matchmade Overthrow rewards screen is making it sound like you should get Ergo Sum every time, that wording sounds misleading. But not getting an Ergo Sum on every Overthrow clear does not match the intended reward behavior I found. Ergo Sum appears to be a Pathfinder reward and an occasional Overthrow reward, not an every-clear Matchmade Overthrow reward.
