Nercochasm catalyst ain't showing up
I was able to get Necrochasm with the catalyst but for some reason the catalyst is not showing up...I restarted the game, deleted and downloaded it again and also contacted Bungie but they couldn't help me either wtf do I do?

I got the catalyst to drop fully completed before getting the weapon itself.

Hey there, Necrochasm's catalyst is unique in that you can complete the 'to equip' requirement (and the related 'triumph' on Patterns and Catalysts) without actually owning the catalyst. This happens most often when you get the random bonus Oversoul drop which autocompletes the above part. But it does not actually give you the catalyst. To earn the catalyst, there are two timed plate puzzles within the raid, which require you to use Necrochasm to begin. If you have not done these two timed events, then you do not own the catalyst, you need to do that to earn it.

The triumph/completion requirement is able to be done before you acquire the catalyst. Did you do the two encounters within Crotas End? one at bridge and the other after Ir yut? if so - do you have a clip showing you completing the second part and the catalyst dropping?
