When Monument of triumph came out and vendor reputation rewards were back, i was excited to get the crucible shader Capering Harlequin, but I had a reset rank already available to collect without having to do a single match. Not sure what it meant i clicked on the reset option and the rewards vanished and it never gave any previous progress rewards such as the shader and I'm not sure if there's any possible ways to get it back
