Vendor Flashings
I know this probably won't get touched but I have a few Vendors that flash like they have an item for you to pick up but don't, most the the time it happened for me after maxing the vendor rank and resetting said vendor. The offending vendors for me are Xur in the Tower (persists when not even there), Xur in Eternity, and the Exo Stranger on Europa. Please and thank you Bungie
