What are you playing?
What games are you guys playing right now? Anything new/old taking all your gaming time?
Still stuck on WoW Midnight but starting to jump back into MCC to revisit before Halo Campaign Evolved.

Literally nothing. I'm planning on getting an xbox or PC so I can play Gears with my old high school group when that drops and I might pick up some other stuff both old and new, but I really don't like the idea of sitting around playing games anymore knowing that the time could be spent more productively. I think my addiction to Warframe solidified that for me. The hours I spent on that game, I likely could've become conversationally fluent in at least one language or be a much better guitarist than I am. Instead, I'm one rank away from being LR1... I still enjoy the idea of video games, but I've kinda gotten into a more passive watch someone else play it sorta thing. Being an adult sucks in that sense.

Just spent over 500 hrs in Crimson Desert. Started Black flag yesterday. I played D2 monuments update for a few days but hit the “what’s the point”wall.

Halo, gaming has been disappointing for me the last 10 years but this year looks like they have some good releases. I miss the 360 days when you could go to the store by a random game and it actually be good.

Crimson desert, The First Descendant, Skate, and when GTA 6 drops I'll be playing that. Destiny 2 I've enjoyed for the last 12 years, as of the 10th of July my ps+ subscription ended and do not plan to renew due to the paywall required to play games online and utilize features for Destiny 2, BF 6, Marathon, and many other games that require the paid subscription to play em. It's been fun while it lasted 🫡🍻

2 RepliesI’m at the age where I sit and read a book while my teenage son plays games and I tell him about how good I used to be at Halo 2 while he sighs and says “Sure dad. I would wreck you”. He’s right. And it makes me oddly proud.

The new skate, Destiny 2, and Octopath Traveller 0 when I have the time and energy. I will give campaign evolved a try when it comes out but I don’t think it’ll hold me for very long.
