I play Destiny 2, and although the company has officially declared the game "concluded," a strange situation has arisen: the game's dungeon expansions are completely free on one platform, while on another, they cost over R$120. I would really like to get these expansions without spending money; if I have to pay, I’ll switch platforms—something I’d prefer to avoid, given that I own many games on my current platform and am much more familiar with it than the other one. So, I’d like to ask if I could be given the expansion, especially since I’ve always purchased all my expansions through Epic. I’d rather not name the platforms, but the one where it costs money is Epic, whereas on Steam it’s free. I own all the expansions on Epic, except for the dungeons; I would like you to make an exception and grant me the missing dungeons, considering that the game will no longer receive updates or new expansions.

The dungeon keys cannot be bought separately but if you own everything in the bundle already then you're eligible for Steams 'complete the bundle' system. Xbox, PSN, and Epic do not have that system - its on them to implement it.
