Old lights emblem destiny2
When exactly is the second wave?
I’ve played every single season.
All my friends have received it, but I still haven't.
I'm in Korea, and I've been playing since the Red War.

Bungie haven't mentioned when they'll be letting people submit the missing emblem form for that specific emblem yet, but given there have been multiple people with the same issue they will either mention more waves will be happening or the form is being opened up.
