The scorching burst from Apostates Blade 4-piece set bonus breaks Heavy Handed mod
Tested on PC back to back, with & without the set bonus active in the firing range on solar warlock with incinerator snap & celestial fire. Neither can create an orb of power through the use of heavy handed due to (presumably) the scorching burst overriding it. Without the set bonus, still works as intended and creates the orb of power.
