Recent performance issue ESPECIALLY prevolent in Iron banner
The framerate/stuttering issues are MUCH more noticable in Iron Banner than on ohter activities. please, bungie, escalate the fix for this.I've attatched my DXdiag data in a pastebin link.

Out of all of the IB matches, i noticed stuttering in one match and it was very bad lag. Had to leave the match because it was just unplayable
