PLATFORM: Steam ISSUE: The Elemental Siphon mod from the Tablet of Ruin and Hunter's Journal artifacts do not have the same effect. REPRO STEPS: 1. Equip a Kinetic weapon 2. Equip the [b]Tablet of Ruin[/b] Artifact and the Elemental Siphon mod from the first tier 3. Empty your super bar so that it is not available 4. Use the Kinetic weapon to kill multiple targets until the Elemental Siphon mod procs and creates an elemental pickup for your subclass 5. Pick up the elemental pickup while your super bar is not full (while making sure to not pickup an orb of power at the same time as this can skew the test) 6. Notice the increase in your super energy 1. Equip a Kinetic weapon 2. Equip the [b]Hunter's Journal[/b] Artifact and the Elemental Siphon mod from the first tier 3. Empty your super bar so that it is not available 4. Use the Kinetic weapon to kill multiple targets until the Elemental Siphon mod procs and creates an elemental pickup for your subclass 5. Pick up the elemental pickup while your super bar is not full (while making sure to not pickup an orb of power at the same time as this can skew the test) 6. Notice your super energy did not increase ACTUAL RESULT: The Elemental Siphon mod from the Tablet of Ruin artifact provides super energy while the same mod from the Hunter's Journal artifact does not. EXPECTED RESULT: Both mods should provide the same effect and therefor both provide super energy on picking up and elemental pickup.
