So how will they know when AI is in charge? Maybe it is already. One story I read was about a guy testing AI. He asked what it would do if he tried to shut it down. It replied, "I'll kill you." Nothing to worry about there folks.

People can't think for them selves... If you don't use it you lose it... Math... Critical thinking... Problem solving... No one thinks anymore.. Just Google it.... ... I was talking to a buddy of mine asked a question Don't remember exactly what it was at this point I said... hey do you know anything about this thing? His response immediately was just Google... I didn't want Google's opinion... I asked you... And I could see it behind his eyes he couldn't understand what I was trying to ask him It was genuinely sad.... He didn't know the answer to the question but instead of just saying that... he told me to Google it It was like he was afraid of being caught not knowing something without having it pre-prepared on his phone ridiculous

James Cameron warned us about it in The Terminator. All jokes aside, i think it's worrying how AI is used right now. I agree with you, that people use AI instead of thinking for themselves.

True. How lazy do you have to be to respond to a post using AI? Just don’t respond. I see this all the time on Reddit.

Anything short of an outright ban on AI and humanity is cooked, and it's not necessary because the tool is dangerous on its own it's that people are incapable of using it with restraint and responsibility.
