Unable to obtain last of strand aspects.
Hey, just as the title says. I am a returning player and can not get the quests part the veil and unveiled. I checked to see if I had "unfinished buisness" in my quests and I don't and can't obtain it. thanks for any help!

For Unfinished Business, can you recheck the following locations: - Nimbus, all pages, - Your quest log, you may have overlooked it, - Abandoned quest kiosk at the tower next to the Postmaster. You need that quest before you can get the others.
