I have 3 ideas at what it could be. A weird kink think and they're lying about it not being weird. They don't want to date someone with bad hygiene and someone with bad hygiene will have yellow teeth. They just REALLY don't want to date someone who is obviously missing teeth. Either way that's a really weird response to any of the generic dating app prompts I've seen.
