Need to unlink playstation and xbox accounts from old bungie account
Hello!
I need to try and get in contact with someone that can unlink my old playstation and xbox accounts from my brothers bungie account. Back when I wasn't old enough to have one myself, my brother and I used to use the same Steam, Bungie, and Playstation accounts
I came into ownership of his playstation account and my own steam and bungie accounts, but I do not own the bungie account, and was unaware of the inability to unlink those accounts from his, I want to try and get them unlinked before the june 9th update so that I can see if the cross save and linking of those accounts would make me eligible for the old light emblem, as my playstation account has my progress from back when I played vanilla D2 up to season of opulence

1 ReplyHey there, as of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink platform accounts from a Bungie Account, so there is no way to remove them. Bungie do not have a contact channel for account linking issues, as it is covered by policy, and they will never unlink accounts manually on their end under any circumstances.

1 ReplyIt had to be done before March 25th 2025, Bungie will not unlink them under any circumstances. You're unfortunately too late now.
