Issues with contacting support
Its been almost two years my account got banned for seemingly no reason. When it happened I appealed and it's been open for the entire two years with no response. Around a year ago I tried appealing it again but it got "solved" because I already had an appeal open. If I log in through DIM I can still see my armory but for some reason I've been for a lack of a better term ghosted. I reached out through twitter, blue sky, even emailed some YT content creators that might have more connections. More than anything I'd like a response on why I was banned, so if anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated.

1 ReplyHey there, Bungie only respond to the appeal if they intend to overturn the ban or require further information. The guidance Bungie have been giving is that if 4-6 weeks pass without either happening then it can be assumed the ban is being upheld. They are not closing the tickets after review, the reason being that it lets them catch multiple appeals, which are not allowed. In addition, the form page specifically says that requests for information about the ban, such as ban reason, will be ignored.
