Cross save
I disabled crosssave and waited the 90 days but now it still has the old steam account and says authenticate. how do i link a new one? I don’t want to have to wait another 90 days…

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. As viiTactiiCZz mentioned, since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Steam account in question will remain linked.

2 RepliesIn short, you can't change the Steam account you have linked due to the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25th 2025 linking change[/url]. Bungie will not unlink it on your behalf either.
