A negative Silver balance indicates that our records showed that you purchased Silver, spent it in-game, and then received one or more refunds, chargebacks, or had your payments denied by your platform marketplace. The negative Silver amount that is now displayed on your account represents the outstanding Silver balance owed on your account due to these refunds, chargebacks, or denied payments.
