“Upper Hand” Catalyst not dropping for Praxic Blade
I’ve ran this mission 3 times, following Eso’s guide step-by-step, on legend. The other two catalysts dropped, just not “upper hand”
I am not going to waste 30 minutes running it a 4th time just to record a video for you. If you would like I can link a reddit post with NUMEROUS other people having the same issue.

(PS, it’s been over 5 months and the Tommy’s Matchbook Catalyst quest “a good match” still isn’t progressing either.)

Followed Eso's guide to the letter, no blights where I killed the original knights at the beginning of the mission and no blights at the tops of the pillars after creating the imbalances and killing the minibosses. I don't have hyperblade or upper hand, the person I am running it with is the same, no upper hand or hyperblade.
