Deactivate Cross Save
I have a really old epic games I linked to my account some time ago, but I don't use it. I went to remove it yesterday, but the only option was to transfer my characters? I don't want the epic games account on my profile. Is it possible to be removed?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Epic account in question will remain linked. We recommend contacting Epic in an attempt to recover the account.
