Vesper's Host Guitar Error

ISSUE: While attempting Raneiks Unified in Vesper's Host's 2nd Encounter, two of the Servitors were left behind after the phase while still shown as weakened with Deadfall. Shortly afterwards, a Guitar error sent me back to orbit.
REPRO STEPS:
1. Loadout: Mint Retrograde, Fortunate Star, Wolfsbane
2. During DPS Phase, used Deadfall, Transcendence, and activated Wolfsbane Nano Assault. Used x3 Light -> x1 Heavy attack to trigger Nano Tornado.
3. After DPS phase, two Servitors were left behind. Guitar error follows after a couple minutes.
