Praxic Catalyst under 30 mins not dropping.
I done solo Legendary Fire and Ice for 2 Catalysts and it didn’t drop under 30 mins for first time, jeez, is it random drop or the game bugged?

There's extra steps, not just complete under 30 minutes. Solo has no bearing on it and means only one player for the User Error 'bug' to be pinned on.

The 4 catalysts are each tied to doing a different mechanic. The 30 min applies only if you have triggered a specific mechanic.

If all you are doing is cleared it under 30 minutes you’re not doing the things you need to get the catalysts
