The gamemode activities are absolutely some of the best Bungie has ever put out for both D1 and D2 and I’d argue they’re close to the level that OG D1 prison of elders was originally in terms of just how solidly put together they are frankly I am so excited in seeing how Bungie’s experiments are going.
These abilities plus the implementation of many more vehicles are very promising, big team battle/combined arms may be in the near future if we’re lucky, I get it y’all can’t stand invasion anything, this 100% was a well landed dlc though.
We can only hope that their silence is the worst thing Bungie has done this entire time, I’d take neglect over more mass layoffs and scandal any day from them guys, honestly they can’t take anymore issues right now with marathon needing to do okay:/, and D2 to survive(which it will because it’s absolutely still a good game regardless of those of you who chose to no life it to the point y’all called it trash, it’s not you just got different taste or bad taste or need a break).
Let’s be hopeful that they showcase more in the future soon enough, I’m gonna be grinding the red crystal in spare time. Peace out y’all love y’all😄

Renegades was good but they lost any chance of building momentum with it. More and more players leaving weekly and they won’t be going to marathon.

2 RepliesIt is wild that some people seriously think renegades is even close to the top of the destiny totem pole of quality

Glad you’re still enjoying it. I enjoyed Renegades, but syndicates and invasions felt too shallow for me (barely any consequences and too much ability spam for my taste). My enjoyment fizzled out after a few weeks. I can see it’s got big potential though - that type of PvEvP activity. I hope they build on it. The silence could mean anything really. Nobody knows what Sony wants to do with this game/IP. Until we get some clarity, we’re all just guessing what the future may bring.
