The bug has been around for a few months, the old bugs from closer to launch were already fixed back then. There's a skip available for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZw8DhKOscc Alternatively you can get around it using a Titan (strand grapple + armamentarium) or a Well Skate if Shatterskating doesn't work for you.
