73 days and no stingray fix :(
73 days since renegades and i haven't been able to log in from home. I have tried everything on your troubleshooting guide. When will you fix this?

2 RepliesMake sure you have your connection set up right with your internet service provider, and on your router in the settings as well, if you are experiencing this, there is an incorrect setting making you unable to connect This worked for me after having similar issue: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496751-Advanced-Troubleshooting-UPnP-Port-Forwarding-and-NAT-Types
