Why did this happen
I had all of lightfall and a lot of the other parts of destiny such as Shadow keep on the PC. I switched to console I had no access to lightfall or any of the other ones and I want to know do I have to pay for it all again since I went to console only play

Expansions aren't shared between platforms.

DLCs don't transfer because each platform wants you to buy from them.
