if anyone is wondering, there's been a lot of posts from leakers or previous employees from various destiny 2 dataminer discord servers, subreddits, forums, and even here, who've mentioned that after the start of Janunary that D2 is to be set to be on a 1-3 person dev team for an unspecified amount of time for marathon, and after being lied for years and years that we'll get reprised this, reprised that, and if anyone is wondering, there's been a lot of posts from leakers or previous employees from various destiny 2 dataminer discord servers, subreddits, forums, and even here, who've mentioned that after the start of Janunary that D2 is to be set to be on a 1-3 person dev team for an unspecified amount of time for marathon, and after being lied for years and years that we'll get reprised this, reprised that, and broken promises after broken promises, I'm starting to believe the leakers as deadstone accurate, bungie said that D2 wont get affected by the marathon dev management, it did, bungie said we'll get reprised gambit and 3 new crucible maps before the end of 2025, we didn't, and dmg says D2 will thrive with marathon, it didn't, and the fact that paul tassi is doing more of what a community manager is suppossed to do by actually talking to the community and getting info from bungie employees is just baffling, if the team is jamming and the great content patch isn't going to be delayed then I would like to see to proof for it, but per usual we get nothing from bungie on d2, and it's why I wished that the destiny franchise was handed over to another studio that genuinely cares for the franchise, because if bungie really does care for d2 we wouldn't have a indie sized dev team from a studio with over 400+ employees.
