How can I contact someone at Bungie Support?
Long story short i submitted a support request 2 years ago and have heard nothing since. I'm unable to play the game at all at the moment, and am questioning whether it will affect my ability to play Marathon when it launches. I would love to have someone look into my case at last. Any help is appreciated!

For anything else, this forum is the place to ask. What was the issue you submitted? Is this an 'unable to play' due to a technical issue (there is no request form for this) or a ban?
