HELP: "You are worthy"-Emblem gone

Hey together, I played Destiny 2 years ago in the base game and first Addon I think. I made the Trials of Nine flawless and got the "You are worthy"-Emblem but it is gone, it is not in my Collection. What happened to it? Thank you for your Help :) Heelax
