cross save
I think I made the wrong account active, and now my characters aren’t showing. Is there a way to switch the active account?

Any characters on the PSN account are now dormant and inaccessible while cross-save is active. If you meant to pick another account, unfortunately you'd need to cancel cross-save, wait for the 90-day cooldown to elapse, and then set it up correctly.
