Hi! Secant Filaments is not providing Devour on empowering rift. It had been finicky since Edge of Fate but could still produce devour by reentering the rift if it didn’t grant it the first time. At first I thought it was because there were too many effects on the left side of the screen, but the last time I used them they had only 2 buffs before empowering rift and 3 within empowering rift.
