I work at a hospital that offers it. No direct experience with it. But you have to understand that procedures like TMS and ECT are “salvage” therapies. They usually dont come out onto the table until someone has failed multiple attempts at more conventional (pharmaceuticals +/- therapy) medical management. So any assessments of its efficacy has to keep that reality in mind.
