Arms week - initial calibration

We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. We have received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying cause of it further on our end. Please keep in mind that the Volatile mod (Shattershafts) should still be possible to equip on bows using your other characters once the questline has been completed on the character who initially accepted it.

Adding frustration to this, and all similar posts I can find. Bungie needs to add this to known issues... its maddening they have not. On top of being unable to talk to Ada-1 on my alts, my main has been plagued by a bug for a year now that asks my Titan to find Devrim Kay in the tower instead of whichever event NPC I "should" be talking to. Talking to the proper NPC does nothing to progress the quest. a year this has been going on.

Edited by Formologic23: 1/28/2026 1:12:18 AMWhy Bungie Help is only responding to spending currency as a known issue is frustrating. I also have this issue. Picked up quest on my Titan and can't pick it up on Warlock or Hunter. Confirmed on both Xbox and PC.

1 ReplyEdited by odo: 1/27/2026 9:15:18 PMcame here to say the same thing -- the "accept" link does not work for second/third characters. attaching an image, because a video seems pointless... trust me i'm clicking on that accept link in the image :) for context my first character has only progressed to step 2, and still has the sub-quests still in inventory, and hasn't started on them yet. edit: even after finishing the main quest + subquests on my first char the second/third still have the main quest in inventory, and can't "accept" to reach step 2.

Same as last time and now I can't even complete the quest have done solo, fire team and Crucible and no progress. Yet another Great Buggy mess from Bungo.
