Earlier today I was in my Vault in the shooting range testing weapons and I had roughly 840 items. After I ran a few activities and went to clear out the postmaster I checked rhe Vault again and I had only 538 items. I deleted a heavy weapon and noticed all three of the same weapon was deleted at once. I checked further and noticed that I legitimately indeed was missing 200 or so items. I restarted my console and Vault still showed only 538 items.
