I do not understand, why is this bug still not addressed ?! at the time of typing this issue the fatebreaker title is unobtainable. During the conflux encounter the wyverns despawn at the very start of the fight and fails the challenge immediately making the triumph unobtainable. This issue needs traction, in the bungie TWAB this was not listed at the KNOWN ISSUES section so does this mean you are not aware of such bug ? Bungie kindly take note and acknowledge such issue to be tackled
