Change the handle to a bone staff with a knuckle joint at the end that’s has stasis effects while loaded but the firing end/blade is a skeletal frost dragon with its jaws open wide to fire have the teeth and edges of the jaw,brow/horn line have stasis effects whilst loaded. Vibe is King of the Frozen Dead/Armoured Lich/Deathknight with bits of ornamentation on the handle like belts with buckles etc that have chunks of stasis wrapped up and hanging like a voodoo doctors staff.
