No CrossSave since Xbox Acc wont authorize
I wanted start playing on PC, been on Playstation forever. Enabled CrossSave, all linked accounts (Epic, Steam, Playstation) work, except Xbox link, it says ErrorCannotAuthroize. Tried different browser and also incognito mode. Help please!

7 RepliesHello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're experiencing an issue authenticating an Xbox account for Cross Save purposes. By any chance, do you still encounter this same issue if you use the Companion app for this process? If you do encounter this issue on the Companion app, then please let us know and we'll review.

Are you sure its the correct account? if it isn't, it will throw auth/incorrect account errors. Sign out of Bungie.net and then using the Xbox account sign back into Bungie.net, one of 3 things will happen: - you'll be brought back into the account you're posting on (CHHB5000#8670), - you'll be asked to create a new account/link your other platform accounts, or - you'll be signed into a different Bungie account. If the first one happens and you're brought back into your CHHB5000#8670 account, then go back to the cross-save page and authenticate the other platforms, the Xbox account will already be authenticated. If 2 or 3 happen, then you're using the wrong Xbox account. In this case you'll need to find the correct account and if you have no access to it, then you'll need to speak to Microsoft support.
