Liminality / Bugged
Ultimate and grandmaster liminality is bugged when you get to the room where u have to go left and right and grab the orbs to deposit into the ahamkara skulls. Right side room doesn't open to let you escape.

At higher difficulties the exit path through the ceiling remains closed until you fully destroy the multiple waves of Taken Eyes that spawn in; this same mechanic is present in the right-hand tunnel during the boss encounter. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

Right side room's exit is through the ceiling, not the door you came through.

Did you stand on the totem in the middle of the room beforehand ?
