Good resto requires ToF + HR, and it's the orb. You have to pick up the orb for x2. Or x2 on Pheonix Dive IF Heat Rising is activated. If you splash yourself, it shouldn't work this way... Resto should override Cure, if often doesn't proc. Throw it away, pick it up... that's how you get Restro from your nades. It might be balance because of the fragment for extension on weapon kills.... In fact that's probably why. If you could splash yourself... and infinitely cycle resto x2 w weapon kills.
