PS5: Can't Buy Owned Exotics From Rahool
I have Graviton Forfeit already unlocked in my collections but I cannot purchase it from Rahool for Ascendant Shards despite owning a couple, and having the necessary currencies to be able to buy it from him. Under the Ascendant Shards purchase option it says “Unlock This Item In Collections To Purchase”. I waited for the weekly reset and nothing changed. Please advise.

By any chance, if you pull another copy of this gear from your Collections, does Rahool recognize that you own it? If pulling another copy of the gear from your Collections doesn't help, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip, or take screenshots which illustrate what you're experiencing. Images showing the message you encounter at Rahool, as well as showing you have sufficient currency for the item, would be of help. You can upload such visuals to a media-hosting site like Imgur or Youtube, and then share links here for our investigation.
