Hi there. Some emblems can only be viewed in Collections and equipped on the specific account they were earned on and are not accessible on other platforms through Cross Save. The quickest way to check is to sign into the game on whichever account you used when you first got the emblem and check your Collection in game. The emblem would appear in Flair > Emblems > Account.
