Cherished Constellation Triumph *Bugged*
Grabbed 2 ghosts (Both in Europa) in Contested Territory and they do not show up on Triumph tried doing one of the Territories again but the ghost isn't there anymore.
Please fix thank you

I found the problem. You have to go to Tharsis outpost to where you have to place them,then they appear in your Triumph. 🤷♂️
